A friend of mine is currently looking to recruit a long-term TikTok manager for his project. He is a genuinely passionate server owner with a lot of experience in running large-scale networks. If you are good at managing a TikTok and believe you are capable of growing one out rapidly (thousands of followers in mere weeks) for the network, then you are the ideal candidate for the position. Compensation will be discussed between you and the owner when I put you in touch with him as I have no say in that (this is a paid position).
Below I will list the owner's requirements for the role:
- Must have experience in the realm of marketing
- Must be familiar with the TikTok platform and understand how the algorithms work
- Must be creative and know how to attract a Minecrated-oriented base to the servers TikTok
- Must be willing to work with the owner for the long-term
- Must be active on TikTok and be able to post at bear minimum of 2 TikTok's a day
- We must see exponential growth on the TikTok account and in turn we should see substantial growth on the server
I want to quote the owner on compensation. He said:
"Our marketing/TikTok manager will be compensated rewardingly if they can execute to our standards. This can be a great consistent form of income for a "go-getter" or someone who is ambitious and who has great drive and resilience to achieve tremendous success.
