HIRING! Lead Website Developer and Designer

Description
Hello, I am coming onto MCM to find a well experienced Web developer to help me with a project that I am hoping to do. This project is not Minecraft related and you will be able to find out what it is when you send your application in.

Job Profile
As my Web-Developer/Designer you will be my technical and development leader effectively. You would be a co-founder of the company with a 20% equity stake in the company (Negotiable). This is an 100% online company as of the beginning however it may escalate to an offline company however treat it as an online business. The reason I need a developer is so that I can concentrate on increasing the quality of the business which would overall increase the size of your equity payment.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Reporting to me about your status on certain tasks.

- Controlling future employees and making sure the team work together in a performed manner.

- Giving me deadlines for when tasks are expected to be completed.

- Keep the website fully updated with the latest platforms and hardware to keep it efficient and up-to-date.

- Ensure that the website is easy to use for our target market and making it appeal to the target audience.

Skills Needed

- A fully accessible Skype account

- Communicative

- Preferably a teenager (13+)

- Active

- At least 2 years experience in web development and design

- Entertaining to work with

- (Potentially) Fluent in another language

- Ability to write multiple coding languages

We'd never steal work. The 'Shit Happens' typography was created by our designer, Syntax, live on his Twitch page. If you have further comments, please PM me. There's no need to have a misunderstanding about UD on a thread unrelated to the topic.

Ahh, I see the issue here. In this work, Syntax wanted to enhance the original design, which he has. In his Twitch stream he also mentioned that the original text was designed by All About Calligraphy[DOUBLEPOST=1450647678,1450647580][/DOUBLEPOST]

No need to worry, our designs are completely unique. This was simply a misunderstanding and I hope it has been resolved.
