Apex is a strictly management service team. It goes very well with our other team(s), Avast Team and Prime. Users who come to Avast for server services, will be referred to Apex for Management, and vice versa. We already have a well established service team (Avast has 600+ members in the Discord).

To the point of this thread, enough "how do you plan to grow this?"
We are recruiting talented managers. The main focus is: Advertising Managers, General Managers, and Writers.

General Manager - General Managers do your every day tasks.
Entails: Maintaining a healthy community, making sure clients are satisfied, and more.

Advertising Manager - Advertising Managers help grow your project.
Entails: Contacting advertisers, budgeting your advertising budget.

Sales Manager - Sales Managers are responsible for managing sales.
Entails: Monthly sales records, accepting payments, paying workers.

Document Writer - Document Writers write professional documents.
Entails: Business letters, Terms of Services, Application Formats, and more.

Human Resources - Human Resources regulates your employees.
Entails: Finding applicants, interviewing applicants, and managing employees.

Server Management - Server Management ensures your server runs smoothly. Entails: Player moderation, forum moderation, Discord moderation, event planning, etc.

Marketing Specialist - Our Marketing Specialist will make sure you see a boost in sales. Entails: In depth analysis of current business model, improved model to ensure better client reach and sales.

You, the manager, will be paid 85% of the invoice amount.

What Management do you offer = General / Community manager
How much do you charge monthly? = Well i charge 100$ a mouth. But this is subject to go higher when the server grows even more.
Past Work (Please provide evidence of claims) = I have managed SquinchNetwork for over 4 months. SquinchNetwork had a average player base of 200+ players on at a time.
