Hiring An Artist To Make A Character

I understand that this is a forum for minecraft related services but I figured that since there is so much talent here I could maybe find someone to help me. I need someone to help me make a cartoon character so that I can pitch an idea to my staff. My company works on a number of projects in different industries and I want to now pitch the idea of making a cartoon. I'm not asking for an artist for the whole cartoon simply someone to make the concept art for the main character. If you are interested or would like more details just pm me.
