Hiring Animators for a Minecraft Movie​

Hello everyone , I am CreeperHang , a normal kid with big dreams . When I am young , I always drew comics and share them to my friends, classmates and even teachers , I like creating adventure stories and told them to my friends . After that , I started playing Minecraft as I thought that this game is quite creative and interesting . Since last year , I have been thinking of making a Minecraft Movie after watching some Minecraft movies from youtube . However , there are quite a lot of limitations as I cannot make animations on my computer as my computer is bad , also I am bad at making animations so I decided to hire someone and help me to complete this huge project.



For the storyline of the Minecraft Movie :

Long time ago , there were two gods who created Minecraft , the world . However they started arguing that one of the god though they should use the dark to rule the world , but the other god disagreed about it . They fought and the god who disagreed the plan of the another god trapped the one ( bad one ) and made him cannot come out again until someone broke the trap , then he turned himself in an special thing ( like a rock or something ) and put himself in a temple . Who gets the sword will get the power of the god . Back to nowadays , the main character is a normal boy who studied in a school like the other students. However , he is bad at everything , for example sports , and much much more . He only had 2 friends at school and his friends always supported him . Until one day , the god ( bad one ) came again when a bad guy broke his trap and wanted him to take over the world with him . Then the god ( bad one ) started searching for the "special thing" so he could get more power to rule the world. At the moment , he summoned his army and told them to destroy the city . Meanwhile , the boy (main character ) was studying at school . Then , (something bad happens and blablabla) He started escaping until he accidentally fell into a temple and ate the "special thing " . The god ( bad one ) saw it and he was mad and wanted to kill the boy . At this moment , The boy's two friends came and rescued him and brought him to a base . In the base , there were two other people . The boy's friends told him that they were a team who had to protect the world from the evil , and he asked the boy to join them . However , the boy was weak and he was afraid of death , so he refused . After that , he left and went back to home . At this moment , the god ( bad one ) started his plan and started destroying everything in the world . The team went to fight them , however the god ( bad one ) was too powerful and so they were almost defeated . The boy finally found that what is the use of his power and he started using his power to protect the world . At last , of course , he won and he saved the world.

Assuming it's around 30 frames per second, that's going to be two "feet" per second, and one "foot" usually goes for $50+
So with that being said, if he wants the movie to be anything over 5 minutes, 300 seconds X 2 Feet X 50$= $3000, just for 5 minutes of footage.

Most make around 60-80k a year.

Most drawn animations (if frame by frame) are 2-6 frames per second. Otherwise, using tweens is a much easier but less flexible way of animating.
