Hiring Artists For Clothing Company

Hiring some designers for my clothing company. The website will be re-launching on 12/22 so if we can get designs before that then awesome. I shut it down for about a month to focus on other things. Note this is not a new project this clothing company has been around for a bit over a year and has gained a bit of reputation in its niche and I have promoters exposing the brand to around 1.3 million people over various social medias so your work will be exposed and you can make some decent money as well as potentially working with some fun people in the gaming community.

I know this is a bit of weird project so feel free to pm me if you'e interested or have questions. The designs can be gaming related, pastel colors work great, pattern themed designs, etc. Designs will be put on various products tees, crops, hats, leggings, etc most forms of clothing.

For payment usually I'll pay anywhere from $5-$30 for your first couple designs based on the complexity of the designs. After that if products with your designs start selling a decent amount then I will not hesitate to pay you more per design as well as giving a decent percentage from products sold with said design. I'll work it out individually. I'm also hiring people for advertising if you'e interested in that.

Does the pay come from you or money made from ur store?

Like I said it depends. I work it out with the artist. Some people who think their design will sell a lot would rather take a royalty instead of an up front payment
