Most take 15-20. I usually take 10% I bring in a to of orders is the reason why i get a big cut

Actually some don't even take any percentage out of the builders pays. Some only take 5-10%, I've built for many build teams and I've owned a build team myself and simply 15-20% is too much. Unless your prices are really high so the builder gets at least some of the profit.
