Hiring Builder(s) for Outdoor Survival Spawn.

I'm looking for a individual or build team to build a medium sized outdoor/ruin/village spawn for an upcoming towny server. This is entirely negotiable and I would like feedback from an experienced builder on what would look good for this theme.


^ Brief description of the spawn.

What I'd like to see in the spawn:

• A fountain, a nearby waterfall or river/lake going through or nearby the spawn would be nice
• Several Buildings & a small shop
• Villager outdoor marketplace & stalls
• Empty space & layout for a tutorials place.
• Ruins, gates and protection from the outside.
• 70 Block Radius of the spawn

Payment
We are willing to pay up to $60 USD for this build, where all payments will be done using paypal or paypal's gateway. I'd prefer If i pay you upon completion of the build, but i can pay you half the finish price upon starting if you're well known & have received vouches from well known members of mc-market, minecraftforums or spigotmc. If all goes well & you'd like a rank on the server that'd be fine & we could pay you for each larget scale project.

Deadline
We're expected to open end of feburary, so it'd be ideal if this were to be completed for the 15-18th of feburary

Dedicated Build Server
We can provide a 4GB - (Sometimes in use reddit UHC server to work on) or I can provide the development 1GB Server with necessary building plugins (WorldEdit, VoxelSniper & any of your choice).
