Hiring Builders for build team (allowing low rep)

So i was thinking of making a build team service and i thought WHY NOT? so im gonna hire some people with some good builds.

Payment:
You will get 10%-30% of the money depending on how much work you've done.

I can build and stuff I can do more than just build though and if you want to see some of my builds I would have to get home from school. I have a hub I was making. I can also configure plugins so we dont have to just do builds.

A maximum of 30%? what if 2 people do a build? do they each get 30%, and what happens to the other 40%? because 60% is a pretty poor rate for a modern-day buildteam...

I think he is looking to have like 3-5 people on each build so it gets divided evenly

I mean, that's fair enough, but then he should say that the total money gets divided among participating builders depending on the amount of work they did on it. Advertising 30% is an extremely bad first impression

no its person will get paid differently
ex. someone does 20% of the work gets arround 20% and someone does 40% of the work gets arround 30% (or more)
someone does 40% aswell and gets another 30% (or more depending on payment and build)

I mean as a builder if I do 100% of a small commission worth $100. Getting 30% or $33 is a great reduction. An 80% number towards builders is a lot more "friendly".
