Adimare I recommend charging 10% by yourself for each project you give to builders.

75-85% is still very small. Even if you offer something like 90-95% I don't recommend building for you as you're un-experienced, this is your first build team and it illustrates that you may not know how to run a build team professionally.

We have built things for others and my team gets about 80% but I offered you 40% to see what you wanted to go to.

I am just expressing my opinion. As from what I know I have every right to express my feelings.

I agree with Frugo just pure stats only offering 85-90 % is unfair considering the builders are doing all of the skilled labour.

I will do what ever percentage that is agreed upon with the builder
