My name is Andrew, I'm 29 and I am the programmer and owner of a custom server that has been in development for almost a year.
I am writing this thread today, because I need to hire a few builders. I am looking for a long-term paid relationship with this person. Job duties would be creating, finishing, and maintaining builds.
I am very flexible with payment. You can be paid weekly for your contribution, or you can be paid per build. I am very serious about working with a few talented people. I want you to know the price of your build. Also, PLEASE do not ask me what my budget is.
If you are going to ask me what my budget is when I ask you how much a build or your labor is, then exit this thread and look for work elsewhere. My budget is my own business and what I pay you is our business. The reason this is even being mentioned, is because I am not here to play games, I want honest work and I will pay an honest price.
Builds are done on my private servers. Anything you build, will belong to the server. You will be credited for your work. Just like any book, movie, or video game, your name or alias will be mentioned in our in-game server credits for your work. Your player may even be featured in the server as an NPC if we feel like you will be around for a long time.

- You understand that all conversations will be recorded and will be provided to PayPal and McMarket for any type of fraud or scamming.
- You must prove ownership of your McMarket username via PM.
- You understand your builds will belong to the server, but you will receive full credit for your labor. If you leave the server your credit for the work will remain forever (or until the close of the project).
- You must be able to show for the work that is completed. If it takes you 4 hours to build a dirt hut, you will receive no money.
- You must prove your skill before you can be hired.
- Please send me references if you have them.
- Please send videos or links to pictures if you have them.
- You will be required to do a build test. If we find you pausing a lot during the build, we will assume your copying something off YouTube or the internet.
