Hiring Builders/Plugin Developers

Hello everyone, I am hiring builders and plugin developers for my setup team, Spark Setups. We have made $250+ in the past month and currently working on more commissions. We are currently in need of more builder to provide us builds for our clients, whereof who needs to meet the following requirements:

Builder Requirements:

• Great Builds
  
• Capable of making a variety of things (Medieval houses, Castles, Ships, etc.)
• A portfolio to show to us

And as for the plugin developers:

what cut do you take

5% from direct commissions (Eg. Someone wants only a spawn).
0% from group commissions (Eg. Someone ordered a Faction Setup that includes custom plugin and you make the custom plugin).

Very nice. But how do you profit as a company then lol

Not going to call it a company but rather a team. It's not like minecript where I just sit with my fat ass waiting for workers to do commissions and take % of their money. I am the setup specialist myself so I do get a nice amount of money from doing the job.

What was the last time I got a commission as a builder in your "team?" Hmmm.[DOUBLEPOST=1507448101][/DOUBLEPOST]Also what about those 2 times when I was going to be given a commission but then Mitch said he does not want you to give me them? Just so you two can profit by yourselves.

You literally talk as if you're a big family with customers but it's just you and Mitch. Careless about your other team members, doubt that anyone good will join.
