Hello MCM,

I'm here today, to hire some freelancers for Lemino and mine's (Deleted User 116853) new service team called Roma.

We've put a lot of thought into this, and please just ask any questions you may have.

Freelancers will get 85% cut since we don't use sales representatives, and instead does the advertising and bringing in sales ourselves.

Here's a summary of why anyone should join our team:

It's mainly going to be because of us being different; we plan to not use Sale Representatives and instead have the C-Ladder be the face of Roma. This would be in order to prevent the unprofessionalism that may take place, as well as to make sure that the work is being done properly.

Another reason would be of how particular we are being when it comes to hiring freelancers. We are not doing the usual, "fill out this format, give us your portfolio, and we'll accept you no matter what." -- this would simply make our service team vulnerable/open to unqualified, freelancers who don't know what they are doing. This ensures the client that what they are getting, is something they are amazed of.
