Hiring Builders

So I own a server called MineRaids its currently in its stage of beta. We need builders to make it better and look nice for all the players. Why should you want me to hire you? I can give you two things depending on what you want. You can get a beta tester rank and builder rank on my server and forums and some extra perks. Thats only one of the things you can get if you choose to let me hire you. You could also get payed with money but if you like factions servers and like to be a builder then I suggest the first one. If you request a pay you will not get any kind of builder rank or anything on the server. If you want to possibly join this say your skype and say what you request. A pay with no builder rank and no extra perks or Perks and a builder rank on the server and forums. Also any more questions ask me on here or on skype. The way you can get my skype to ask me questions is by saying your skype as a reply. If you say your skype I will add you and we can get into further details or I can answer your questions you have about this. What I require I dont require an age limit because you can be any age and be good at building. I require you to show me your portfolio of your builds or your previous work that you have done. This is not a job for new comers this is a job that only good builders can do. If your new to building and have no previous work or a portfolio and want to join this. What you need to do is show me that you can still build. If your not a good builder you cant get the builder job. Thats mostly all I have to say for this thread today.
