Hiring C++ Developer

Hi, as you can tell by the title i'm looking for a developer (Preferably one that can code in C++).

I'm the owner of a screen-sharing tool call Azran, which is a program we created roughly a year ago to detect cheats/hacks in Minecraft & it's been doing pretty well since then. However, recently my developer has informed me that he will be leaving the team in a month so I'm in search of a new developer to take his place if anyone is interested. The program is currently in Java and I'm looking to have it completely rewritten in C++ for peak performance. I would prefer that you're somewhat competent when it comes to screensharing or detecting cheats too, it would make things easier lol.
