• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their goals and challenges.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to clients regularly.
• Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions to enhance service delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in client management or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and project management software is a plus.
• Willingness to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
