Hey! My name is Ferrero. I'm currently looking to hire a community manager for a Skyblock server I'm planning on creating. I'm hiring a community manager for the main reason that I'll be managing other servers myself and also due to school. Your main tasks would be to manage the staff team (About 3-4 People), read through staff applications and inform me of applications you believe should get a position, help players out in-game and on the forums, and inform me of any bugs on the server and inform me of suggestions that you or the players have that you think should be added. You will not be doing any configuration work and you will not have access to the server console, however you will have Administrative commands.
The server has not released yet, I plan on releasing it on this coming Saturday, I expect to have 30 players on release and for it to drop down to about 10-15 afterwards, possibly peak at 20 players on weekends.
| Payment
In regards to payment you will receive a base payment of $25 USD /Month, pending on how well you do and how well the server is doing financially you may receive up to $50 USD. You will receive a Christmas bonus. If the server does very well financially and in regards to the player base your pay will rise (Max $250/Month). You will have an option to either receive payment weekly at the start of the week or at the end of the month. I won't be paying for the entire month up front, only for a week up front.
| Requirements
- You must have been staff on at least 3 servers previously. (You must provide proof and references.)
- You must be 14 years old or older.
- You must sign a contract. If you're under the age of 18 you would need your parents to sign it upon your behalf. (You don't need to get it Notarized).
- You must have been playing Minecraft for at least one year.
- You must have a working Microphone and use it often on the server's Discord.
- If I believe that you're a good candidate for the position you will have to pass a voice interview where I will ask some questions and go over some scenario questions.
