Content / Growth Strategist
We have an amazing product and community. We need your help sharing both with the
world.

We're looking for an experienced content strategist who will be responsible for growing
CCT through long-form educational content, engaging site copy, and a creative social
presence.

We aspire to be the entry point for newcomers. To do this, we need incredible copy.
You'll be working with leadership, design, and engineering to shape the CCT narrative
for years to come.

You will:

• Lead the club's voice across every touch point, ensuring that we're putting our best foot forward with interaction.
• Understand CCT's core mission and help articulate that mission to the world.
• Collaborate with leadership, design, and engineering to produce content in sync with product updates, new features, and community events.
• Set and manage weekly deadlines across distribution channels.
• Measure engagement, set monthly KPIs, iterate where necessary.
• Eventually build and manage a team.

Must Haves:

• Previous copywriting experience
• Mastery of writing for multiple formats and distribution channels
• An ability to switch between long-form content (blogs) and short-form (twitter).
• Be a critical thinker and open to feedback.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Native proficiency in English.
