[HIRING] Cyper Setups [PAID POSITIONS]

Hello fellow MC-Maket Members. Today I am looking for experienced and mature proffesionals.

Introduction

This is the Cyper Team. We are a building & setup team.
We're currently only two people in our team, although we're looking for more builders.
We have a server where we build all ours builds on aswell.

Payment

90% of all the payments are going towards our members who setup servers. The other 10% are for hosting the server we do our setups on, logos, and hosting our upcomming website.

Then we also have a position which I don't have a name for yet, their job is basically to install basic plugins, setup holograms, kits, ranks, crates, and most of the simple stuff. 1/2 (SmallNoob)

I'm paying them 90% as I said. Will be splitting it up. The payment to myself is the same, and ONLY for the clients that I am involved with. There will be highest 5 workers on each project.

i was in-charge of the build team, he told me to create a thread design i said "NO"
& i told him as well, i am only the in-charge not the graphics designer of your team, i don't like this person's attitude as well using the f & l works in every message!

Would not recommend to join his team to anyone.

Well, I gave you a administrative position in the team. You atleast owe the team a thread design. Also, you have 4 rep and premium, why?

*Experience: I have made my own kitpvp (sold) skywars (sold) edited and configured a previous owner factions and prison. (sold) And Im also currently a developer on a server named ExoticPvP, IP: play.exoticpvp.org I currently make my own setupes along with buying setups to refurbish and re-sell. I my self in 2 months have made $250 selling and making servers to sell.

Examples of previous setups you have done?: I can show you test servers on skype and you can also talk to the owner of ExoticPvP in which I help develop on. He can tell you some of my past work.

*Experience: I setup a server called "UprisingHCF" that is no longer a server, I think the owner quit youtube and Minecraft to deal with IRL stuff not really sure because I don't speak to him. (I was paid to help with the plugins on this server I think I made around $30) I have also helped with other friends with side projects and plugins.

*Examples of previous setups you have done?: I have a test server that I can show you, will a lot of configured plugins. (Ill PM if needed)

*Have you had any previous servers?: I haven't owned any of my own servers, and don't plan on owning one anytime soon!

*How many hours can you contribute per day?: 4 to 6 hours on week days and 6 to 8 hours on weekends. These are just times I've set I can really be online when ever I need / want to be.
