*Experience: I setup a server called "UprisingHCF" that is no longer a server, I think the owner quit youtube and Minecraft to deal with IRL stuff not really sure because I don't speak to him. (I was paid to help with the plugins on this server I think I made around $30) I have also helped with other friends with side projects and plugins.
*Examples of previous setups you have done?: I have a test server that I can show you, will a lot of configured plugins. (Ill PM if needed)
*Have you had any previous servers?: I haven't owned any of my own servers, and don't plan on owning one anytime soon!
*How many hours can you contribute per day?: 4 to 6 hours on week days and 6 to 8 hours on weekends. These are just times I've set I can really be online when ever I need / want to be.
*What position are you applying for?: Configurator, I do not really code, but I'm good at configuring plugins! Or even the " Then we also have a position which I don't have a name for yet, their job is basically to install basic plugins, setup holograms, kits, ranks, crates, and most of the simple stuff. 1/2 (SmallNoob)" job

Well, I pay 90% to the builders, not really much more I can say. You get a split of the 90% which I consider fair. If you did no work, you get no split. If you did all the work, you get the whole 90%.

*Experience: (7-8/10) I have been setting up servers for a few years now, I can get a basic factions server set-up (No builds) within around 2 hours. I have done Factions, HCF, Creative, SkyBlock. I can also set-up Bungreecord withing 5 minutes. My experience in Java is slim, but I can still make fun chat plugins!
