Hiring Designers For Clothing

Hello there. I'm working on an idea that has been launched and re-launched several times. My friend and I own an apparel company.
I need to hire a couple artists to make original designs that you can come up with yourself or I can give you a design idea that is outside of my artistic ability.
Artists are paid based on percentages from shirts with their design sold or if the design is good enough I'll just pay up front.

Damn this thread is still going? I do clothing designs but to be completly honest I'm starting out a brand on my own and would rather do it at a slow paced rate myself. If you need any help I'd be down though.

Yeah that's cool. I do mostly graffiti based logos and stuff but I could sure help you out if you liked that type of stuff.
