Hiring someone who'd be able to create me a new shop/create all the signs inside. Not an OP shop or anything but make it a bit better. Also just help me optimize the server and make it a bit better.

I do this, very often. I do edit plugins, to make them run faster, and update them with the correct classes. I got an easy sign plugin, that's perfect for your players. Plus, I'm not the staff hunter you see on a basis. I could make a GUI, with items, and a sign plugin.
