Hiring dev to develop 1.10.2 Tablist with PEX compatibility

Hey everybody! I am looking for a plugin for my upcoming 1.10.2 server.

I have PermissionsEX 2.0 (Sponge) and am hoping somebody can develop a colored tablist based on PEX user groups. (on our server, the user names are not colored, just the group titles.) I would also like it if players could have their rank above their name. That would be cool, but not necessary.

I'm willing to pay $20 if this could be developed within the month, and would happily pay an extra $10 if it could be developed by say the 21st of October (2016.) Payment would be handled via either PayPal or Squarecash (no fees, direct debit.)

Yeah that mod does not work the way that I want it to, which is why I'm willing to pay somebody to make one for me. The guy above me that gave me a Skype just tried to scam me, so I'm going to get a real dev from sponge to help me out.
