What were planning to do?

Our network is looking to create a new practice server, we currently have some unique ideas for a practice server and are looking for an experienced developer to assist us with our project.


What skills are we interested in?

We're looking for an extremely experienced Java developer who:

1. Has an in-depth understanding of Java
   
   
2. Has a detailed understanding of the Bukkit API, Bungee API etc..
   
   
3. Has some understanding of MongoDB
   
   
4. Able to speak the English language (reading and writing)
   
   
5. Has a microphone and TeamSpeak

Just a flat out fee which would be created after the developer sees's what he needs to code. Then they could give us a price of what they would be charging for this project.
