High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

40+ staff ? lol how much players do you have 1k ?
Everyone has different preferences on how they would like to run their staff team, however, it is obvious that when there is a very large staff team (much like the marines4ever is trying to create) it becomes a bit hectic and actually more difficult to proceed forward with the project, especially without a playerbase for the staff team to build off of. For me, I found it much more effective to run a close knit staff team and grow it as necessary in correlation with the community size. Of course, once you get upwards to the thousand player mark you will need a much larger staff team to keep things running smoothly but as for now there is absolutely no reason to involve that many individuals in a project. Good luck!

Hello marines4ever,

My name is 9x7 and I am the founder and owner of Team Axis.
We are a very experienced team ready for your hire. We dedicate 100% of our time to further your server! Please PM me and we can converse more about staffing on your server.

Kind Regards,
9x7

Thank you for the offer but I don't hire teams that staff other servers as well. I am looking for a Dedicated and Committed staff team.[DOUBLEPOST=1488139274][/DOUBLEPOST]

Appreciate your post, and yes I am trying to keep it small, but I am also looking for senior ranking staff to help manage a lot of the different things, mostly not based off the game. It is basically all the behind the scenes work to getting things going smoothly which has been going mediocre and ofcourse things may or may not need to be changed. I will be looking over and revising the staff positions and possibly reducing it slightly.

Again thank you for your input and answering the quoted posters response.
