Hiring Developers -- System Admin

So I own a factions server that im trying to make the best of the best and were going to add more then factions. If you want to see the investment thread of the server that is on my signature. Now im going to start talking about the hiring. We need developers that can create plugins and that can manage plugins. Also before you come here to get the position I need proof that you can make plugins. So you need to make a plugin like ill say make a plugin then ill list stuff that it needs and things. These plugins will not be hard because this is just a test to make sure you are a good developer. Once you pass that stage you get the rank on the server. You do not get console because you dont need console to make plugins you can just test the plugin on a free server then send it. We pay our developers based on there work we dont pay based on the plugin because you could make a hard plugin but make it terrible. Then there is not point in paying if you do that. We pay around $1-$100 based on the plugins quality and how hard it is to make. We will hope that some people out there want this job and are experienced thanks for reading.
