I need someone who understands:

• How to grow a Discord server with targeted joins (Non-botted & Organic)
• Basic marketing or funnel strategy (even better if you're into IG, TikTok, Reddit)
• How to promote content/communities organically through DMs, shoutout networks, or partnerships
• Bonus if you’re familiar with motivational or hustle-based content

Your tasks might include:

• Running server promo campaigns
• Suggesting monetization angles
• Cross-posting and tagging strategy
• Community engagement, automation or structure

Pay:

• Will pay per task or on a retainer — flexible for the right person
