Currently hiring a full time manager for my factions server, Surrealcraft since I'm in college and don't have time to do everything to run and maintain the server and keep up with all my studies and extracurricular activities. If it were my choice I wouldn't hire someone because I love doing the work myself, but I simply don't have the time anymore alone. I want someone with a good work ethic whom is willing to stay dedicated and work to push the server in the direction that will lead to further success.

YOUR ROLE AND WHAT WE EXPECT

You will be paid/expected to deal with the following:
Attending to server issues
Attending to gameplay bugs and working to resolve these whether it be by yourself or other developers.
Managing the existing staff team. You will be helping me run the staff team.
Assisting in plugin configurations and server setups
Experience with managing/administrating large communities
Must be committed, motivated and dedicated.
You must commit at least 2-4 hours a day and if for any reason you cannot attend one day or you have vacation, you must let me know.
Must be able to handle frustration
Must be able to deal with certain individuals who don't belong in this community... (e.g. people that steal server builds/copy the server)

NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS

These are some requirements that are negotiable and we may not definitely require them of you.
Over the age of 14
Experience with java development

Payment
Payment is negotiable and will be discussed during the hiring process. It will either be a fixed rate or percentage of overall server earnings, paid bi-weekly.

Who I'm looking for
I'm looking for people who have high quality experience in either owning servers or management, preferably with factions. If you have someone who can vouch for your quality of work it will help.

Hey, looking into this it seems interesting. I have helped setup and run 8 servers not including my own. I can have a few of them vouch for me if needed. (They do not have a MCM account I do not believe so they wouldn't be much help as they would still be rated as a member.)

The names of a few of the servers I have run:
NovaCraft (Faction server, Down atm due to the server owner having IRL problems atm)
The BrokenDimension (Towny server, Currently up but home run by the owner)
UGC (SlimeFun server, My own server currently running well)
and a few others in the past I do not have current contact with.

Did any of them have any success at all? I don't really care about your making server setups.

Yes they did indeed. My older servers have and NovaCraft did well while it lasted. The BrokenDimension is still starting out so we will see where it goes. Looks good at the moment. The servers were small to begin with and we all know how small servers turn out. But seeing that you have an already decent server (From what I see) it would be smooth sailing.
