Hello everyone!

Athelion Network is looking for experienced and dedicated Server Managers to join our team. We are an ambitious and growing Minecraft network, and we need skilled individuals to oversee the development and management of our servers.

What You’ll Be Doing:​

• Managing and overseeing an entire server within our network
• Leading the admin team, supervision and stewardship
• Designing and balancing content, including economy, gameplay mechanics, and features
• Coordinating with developers, builders, and staff to implement new content
• Ensuring the player experience is engaging, fun, and well-balanced
• Handling major server decisions, updates, and improvements

Requirements:​

• Previous experience in managing Minecraft servers or communities
• Strong understanding of server balancing, game mechanics, and content creation
• Leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work with developers, builders, and moderators
• Passion for creating high-quality and engaging gameplay experiences
