I’m looking to bring on a talented Shorts Media Creator to join our team on a monthly contract! This position involves producing high-quality shorts that showcase my Minecraft server, focusing on trending content to help drive engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Research & Content Creation: Identify trending topics, develop engaging scripts, and create original, attention-grabbing content.
• Recording & Editing: Capture your own clips to ensure each video is unique, polished, and server-specific. Filler clips may be provided occasionally, but we expect 95% originality in content and scripts.
• Weekly Output: Create two shorts per week, with payments made bi-weekly.
• Mass Production Reuse: Content made for my company should be made strictly for my company. If I find videos replicating content paid for by us with a simple name change, you will be charged back and my peers will be notified of fraudulent production

Performance & Continuation:
Each month, we’ll review engagement, reach, and video views. If content performance aligns with expectations, this contract may extend beyond the initial term.

Both my co-owner and I have extensive experience in media and high standards. Feedback and guidance will be provided regularly to ensure quality and creativity. We’re looking for candidates with a strong portfolio and solid experience in shorts/media creation.

Budget: $100+
