Hiring Experienced Staff for an MC Server!

We are still recruiting staff members for a server with multiple gamemodes! We need more people who can enforce the server rules and be part of our growing team, knowing how to develop is a plus!

WHAT IS IT LIKE BEING A STAFF MEMBER AT ARISEPVP?

You will gain more experience not just handling the community, but also improves your knowledge in systematic leadership and transparency. All decisions made are kept within the staff team. We take critical opinions and suggestions from our staff team. We run the staff team smoothly and we let every staff member have their spotlight.



WHAT POSITIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

Operators - Operators basically have the same responsibilities as owners, and help make major decisions for the server. These people must be trusted individuals and have a good reputation within the community.

Developers - We are looking for a few developers to help us implement some custom ideas into our server. You must be experienced, trustworthy, and be able to handle multiple tasks at one time.

Admins - Admins will have many responsibilities from managing players who appeal, to being a mentor to the other staff members.

HELPERS - Helpers are the cornerstone of our community. they are people who do not have much experience but want to grow and better themselves. They will need to be professional and have a basic understanding of how to operate in a staff position

TRAINEES - Staff members who are in training/mentoring or under observation. They will have little access to moderation commands but will be given a mentor from the admin or mod team to train them.

You can apply in our discord. Please do !apply in the bot commands channel. After applying, you must NOT pester the staff team about your application. After applying, operators will check your application, if you are DENIED, you can still apply again after 2 weeks, if you are ACCEPTED, an Operator will schedule your interview.

I am willing to pay for admin+, it would be based on work performed, and would be worked out beforehand in the interview!

"based on work performed" - I'm assuming the payment scheme would only be planned after an x amount of time?

basically what I mean is I don't feel it would be the correct way to pay $20 a week (just an example) When one week you do 10 tasks and another you do 1 task. So we would set out before you complete the task what the payment amount would be for it

We are still under development so as of not we have only have beta testers. We are trying to get our staff team situated as most staff members we have currently are not active.
