Hiring for large plugin [$200+]

Hello!

My co-owner and I are looking to get a rather large plugin made for an upcoming project. I do not want to release too much info on the plugin until we find the right person for the job.

Requirements:

• Able to speak conversational english
• Experience with coding larger plugins
• More than 15 MCM rep
• Be able to provide a portfolio of previous work
• Finish the project on a deadline with regular updates on progress

The project:

The plugin we have been planning is a remake for towny of sorts. We have a lot of custom aspects that we would be adding in along with hooking in of other plugins we have. It will have a fairly advanced land claiming system, lots of town information stored and pulled up in item lores and related.

We are willing to spend $200 or higher depending on the person and previous work.
