5% - 10% Equity stake (experience/knowledge dependant)

We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic person who enjoys working with other people. The role involves working as a team to deadlines completing projects that have been given. You will also be responsible for your own time, ensuring that you meet project dates and keep your leader informed on your progress.

You should be flexible and willing to contribute to various areas. As you are not only a developer you are essentially a shareholder meaning you would be responsible for decision making as well.

The position is particularly suitable for someone looking to gain experience in a small start-up business. We do think that anyone with previous company development experience would slot in well with our current development team. Please take in mind we are a start up (Running off an investment so we will not be paying upfront or weekly, when sales come you will be paid your cut). Once you join (Friday-Monday) you would be able to start, quicker we get the development done quicker you get paid.

The successful candidate will have to meet the requirements of the job specification below in order to get past the application stage.

Job Specification
- You must be 15+ years old
- Knowledge with reactjs
- Have an adequate knowledge and understanding of php.
- Skilled in html, CSS and Vanilla JavaScript.
- Knowledge of Mailgun, VPS systems and Envoyer.
- Team working skills
- Fluent in the English language

- Some kind of experience working for someone else
- GMT +1 or GMT 0 based

You're right. But what else do I do? Get an even bigger loan to pay off. The quicker I get someone to work, quicker we make profit. Then that person gets their dividends when the time is right.

Like I said, I would need a larger loan for me to be able to give an upfront payment.

PHP isn't considered front-end. That's back-end stuff.

Well the general job proposal is orientated around frontend development.

I was going to mention this too-- what are you trying to build that requires both PHP and ReactJS?

Also, these are specialized skills for the most part (I have a vast amount of experience in PHP, only intermediate in AngularJS), I would expect to be paid up front. Especially considering that those things take a lot of time to do, and require pretty advanced knowledge (if you get someone who actually knows what they are doing.)

This job seems really risky for anyone to take.

Thanks for your opinion however what my parents always say is, business is all about risks and sometimes you have to take them for a good outcome.
