I need a developer for my server, Surrealcraft. Your main job will be fixing/patching bugs on Factions and Skyblock. I'll be in contact everyday with you via Skype.
Payment will be STARTING at $100-$150/ week.
REQS:
2+Years experience with java
Knowledge of running servers
16+
A portfolio or resume i can see.
Experience with bungee

In the UK, the minimum wage for 16-17-year-olds is £4.00/hr

Full time normally means a 40 hour week, which means that you must pay 16-17-year-olds AT LEAST £160 a week, that is $206.

However, a Java developer will normally ask for much more. In the UK, Java developers are typically paid £20+ an hour, this job is offering £33 an hour (https://www.glassdoor.co.uk/Hourly-...va-Developer-Hourly-Pay-E337827_D_KO20,34.htm). This means that you would have to pay your developer £800 for a 40 hour week.

It's rather you will be relying on slave labor, or you mean part time.
