Hiring Graphics designers

I am hiring graphics designers for my new graphics team, Raid Designs.
The team will get 50% of the profits when payed.
The people I need:
Sketcher
Shader
Text Maker
Colorer

No the team gets 25% each. As I don't take any money.

To be honest the concept is bad, just have the artists do all of it! Different artists doing each thing will take a long time, be messy, and most likely look terrible.

Hmmm, most artists do all of the above. We don't like doing part then sending off to another designer. I would just hire one good artist to do it.

Im an artist I just need a team to help so It can go faster.

Well all I can say is doing it this way doesn't make it faster, it makes it harder and slower since you have to constantly send the piece of art around to different designers.

I don't have anything to say that already has been stated.
Some people do send work to others though.
Many Minecraft Graphics artists do duels with each other to create a very nice banner, thumbnail or whatever.
One would do the renders and one would do Photoshop.
This does take coordination and the whole point of a whole team for it seems unnecessary and from what I see you aren't doing renders you are doing hand-drawn work which really doesn't work with multiple people.
EDIT: At best artists can work like this but that is a unique piece of work.
