1) Basic Information -
4) What are you applying for? Co-Owner
3) How much time do you have to contribute to the role? 4-5 hours daily
4) Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? If so, please include details. yes for "hacking" but I found a glitch and tried to tell staff but they banned me.
5) SCENARIO: Suppose it's your first week of being a Staff member and you mute a well-known player. Their mates start spamming your twitter calling you a bad Helper and telling you to unmute them. What would you do? Rules are rules and they need to be respected. I would tell them to stop and also tell them why he got muted, or why she got muted. Also I would end up blocking them in the end if they kept annoying me.
6) Tell us about a time you made a mistake? How did you deal with it? What did you learn? Well I once banned a player accidently on a huge server, don't think I can say the name, I was a mod and I banned him accidently because I did tab after two letters of his/her name and it came up with someone else. I unbanned him and apologized and told higher staff of my mistake and thankfully they let me stay as staff. After that I make sure to check who I ban.
7) If you have any, what hobbies or activities are you involved in outside of Minecraft ? Soccer/Football, Boxing, and doing math.
8) Do you have any previous server moderation or leadership experience?
If so explain what role you played, what skills/experiences you picked up and how this will help you in your role as a helper. Well I have picked up skills from a server and another one which were both major ones where I was a mod. I have picked up how to deal with players and what to do in case of a hacker.
9) You come home from school/work and have ton of homework/work to do, you think to yourself I'll just take a 5 minute break before I start and get on Minecraft. The next thing you know 2 hours have passed and you've been on the server all that time. Does this scenario sound familiar to you? Well sometimes yes, but not to brag, I'm quite good with doing homework fast and well so if it is math, I will just do it fast, English may take me some time but I guess it's ok.
11) You are very busy and you are trying to do something and people are annoying you and start asking questions for everything what would you do? I will tell them to wait or if it is urgent answer them or if I don't tell them to msg other staff or ask 3 before me. Then make sure that they are good with whatever they needed after I am done with all my stuff.

A lot of people expect to start a non unique server with a tiny or non existent budget and get people to work free for them until their server possibly succeeds.
I understand that, but I just can't see how many people would voluntarily work for something that has no guaranteed payoff. If the server fails, and you've put in days upon days of work for no return, then what? Guess some people just like taking their chances.

As a new starting server you will have to face the fact that getting popular costs money, there are so many other great servers out there. So you will have to make your server unique. I am willing to help with this.
