Hiring In-House Developer [Per-Plugin] [D&D 5e]

Hiring an in-house developer, paid on a per-plugin basis, to develop several plugins over the course of the next year alongside myself.

I operate a Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition Minecraft server that virtualizes the D&D experience into Minecraft for better roleplay and more engaging campaigns. The focus of our plugin development is this process of virtualization, as well as additional functionality that promotes and enables quality roleplay.

Despite the general opinion of Minecraft Roleplay, we're a professional server with an adult playerbase.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Experience with D&D 5e or any other Tabletop RPG system
- Proficient in Java, but no hard minimum on experience.
- Additionally proficient with SQL, PHP, JS and JSON.

I can be flexible on budget, and value a long-standing relationship with a developer over quick and cheap work.
