We are in one of the first stages of building our Network. You wont get payed before the server release.

a decent developer would only work for free on a larger network, where they can actually get experience like mineplex or hypixel. You will only get shit devs unless you pay $$$

I would also recommend running your posts through a grammar checker before uploading. A semi-professional post will generally attract more competent developers. I understand English may not be your native language, but you can use an online grammar checker to improve the quality of your post.
