You all need to stop arguing over an NDA, and whether this sort of job is big enough for it. If this is truly PrimeMC, they probably have huge plans, which involves almost completely custom plugins. It would only be expected to sign an NDA. If you aren't comfortable enough to sign an NDA, then you obviously aren't fit to work on such a large network.

Essentially. If you aren't willing to ask your mother, father, or legal guardian to take 5 minutes out of their day to help you out with this, then maybe you don't want the position enough.

Could you provide some more proof? Anyone could've created an account with your name and picture. A screenshot of you in game on the network saying in chat "MCM" or something of the sort would suffice.

No one is actually joining a company. You'd be an independent contractor. And the chances of someone not being able to get 5 minutes out of their parents day and also being an excellent programmer are incredibly slim, so that isnt something to worry about unless we find an application greater than the others where thats actually a thing.

Find me "NDA" here. Also, NDAs are more for contractors. Employees will be covered under a non disclosure clause in their employment contract, typically, not in a separate contract.

I've probably signed a lot more contracts than you, and no more than 5 explicit NDAs in my life. They're overrated.
