I don't mean to judge... but this is a lot of positions. Are you sure this is all needed? This many people could certainly lead to issues

The network has 8 servers, each will need at least 5 staff. So really not that much. Most servers have 10-20 staff per server (which I'm sure yours does), including Helpers, Mods, Admins, etc.. so just multiply that by 8 when you grow and scale to more servers. We just structure differently to optimize resources and accountability. Note, I'm a 25 year old career software architect - not an inexperienced leader

I believe most are self explanatory:
Gamer Affairs positions deal with moderation, gamer issues, etc
Game Designers are the think tank of gamemakers who build the gameplay, everything from configuring kits to rules, maps. Analyzing the server, planning a roadmap of enhancenents based on user feedback
Implementations manages the builds and enhancement projects.
Maintenance and Engineering Support is QA Testing, Bug Fixing, Plugin Configuratiosn[DOUBLEPOST=1489116656][/DOUBLEPOST]Attached is organization structure

I'm sorry, but unfortunately not. That would fall under Social Media manager, but we have seen a lot more communication happens on our Discord text channels moreso than our Forums.

Thank you - just send me a resume. Note, the VP of HR&SM is not available for external hire, would require promotion from another staff position. The VP of CM requires a significant amount of experience covering Network Events and Digital Marketing.

As noted in the thread, neither of these positions are available for anyone not yet active in the community - they require promotion from a lower level staff position.
