General Developer

- Experience level: Advanced

- Position's Commitment: Moderate


Modpack Admin
- Positions Open: 2
- Experience level: Intermediate-Advanced
- Minimum age: 14

Position Requirements:

Moderator:
- Must have 3-5 months of previous staffing experience
- Must have no serious previous behavioural history (IE: Being banned from the previous server, destroying a server ETC.)
- Must be capable of being mature around server players
- Must be capable of not abusing your position

Developer:
- Must have 5-6 months of previous staffing experience
- Must have experience with Plugin Management/Java development
- Must have no serious previous behavioural history (IE: Being banned from the previous server, destroying a server ETC.)
- Must be capable of being mature around server players
- Must be capable of not abusing your position

Modpack Admin:
- Must have 5-6 months of previous staffing experience
- Must have experience with the Valhelsia 3 Modpack (Or mods in general)
- Must have no serious previous behavioural history (IE: Being banned from the previous server, destroying a server ETC.)
- Must be capable of being mature around server players
- Must be capable of not abusing your position

Yeah, I may have not worded that very well.

What I mean is, I want applicants that have been developing on a different Minecraft server previously for 5-6 months total (it can be multiple Minecraft servers).
The reason behind this requirement is we've had a lot of people apply for a developer who has never been staff before and have no idea what they are doing in the "field" I guess you could say. The standard is pretty high because we've peaked at 50 players (and have 10-16 players normally) and a lot of people kinda want "glory" for being a staff on a server of that size.
