Hey!

I'm going to be hiring around 5 developers and paying them to build Minecraft servers for people on my host.

Let me explain: For every server you setup, you will be then paid anywhere from $2 to $10+ a month probably lasting an average of a year, depending on what the clients request. Clients will be looking for updates for their servers as well, and you could earn anywhere between $10-$50 doing that (depending on how much they are willing to pay).
For any devs out there, you could gradually build lots of servers and that would all add up being paid lots of $ every month.

If you are interested: Contact me on discord #Meiza2830, or email me: [email protected]
(I probably won't respond quickly with any other method of contact)

I will explain how this whole small business will work in more detail when you pm me!

Thanks! :D

I have a feeling that this is most likely not in the favor of the person building the servers. Server setups are usually decently paid to begin with, and to me, a minimum pay of $2 a month, spread out of 12 months, doesn't sound like a great deal given that, working independently, a server-setup developer could make more money than that, and have it paid as soon as the setup was completed. It sounds like you're financing the pay for the devs based off of the hosting fees, and that depends heavily on how long the server survives. Overall, the fact that the money is spread out over an extended period doesn't bode well, considering it keeps the developer economically tied to you and your business. If your clients leave, the dev doesn't get paid for that server anymore. If your business goes under, the dev likely doesn't get paid anymore. If the dev leaves, it's entirely possible they'll have issues getting paid anymore.

I've managed to hire all 5 developers I needed. Also $2-$10 for each build a month. If you build 5 servers in one week, im already going to be paying you $10-$50 a month. And It keeps building up.

for 1 simple server build. If you build 20 servers in 1 month, you could start building up a ton of money - for each simple server you make its either a high 1-time pay, or you can build it up over the months if they choose hosting.

If you were only paid $2-$10 that would be crap, yes.
