Your Responsibilities
\\\* \\\\\\*Ticket Management:\\\\\\* Claim and manage client order tickets from start to finish.
\\\* \\\\\\*The Middleman:\\\\\\* Help connect clients with our Minecraft, Roblox, and graphic designers.
\\\* \\\\\\*Server Moderation:\\\\\\* Keep our Discord server safe, professional, and free of toxicity.
\\\* \\\\\\*Client Relations:\\\\\\* Ensure clients have a smooth, friendly experience from the moment they open a ticket.

Who We Are Looking For
\\\* Must be at least 16+ years old.
\\\* Excellent written English and highly professional communication skills.
\\\* Prior experience managing Discord ticket systems (like Ticket Tool) is preferred.
\\\* Highly reliable and able to check Discord notifications throughout the day.
\\\* Familiarity with Minecraft, Roblox, or Streaming assets is a major plus!
