What I'm requesting is simple: if you outreach for me, each client you refer who signs me, I'll pay you at least $100 for smaller deals.

I'm a +9 years experienced Java developer who works with established Minecraft servers such as Foxcraft, EarthMC...

My offer and my target are clear, all clients I currently work with were outreached by myself but since I'm looking to expand I need to save time.

I'd suggest starting everyone at a small sum(for the first week so they don't do promotions for free)

I'm not looking for "free promotion" but for people who currently have connections with server owners. The first partner I found already brought me 2 peoples in a few days and got paid. If you know how to outreach you won't work for free, and it can take a few minutes in a day to talk with some owners, so getting paid $100 isn't "free promotion" on my mind but more a fair collaboration.
