Hello!

My server is a unique prison realism server that will also be donating portions of our monthly donations to various charities based on events in the server. I have done lots of work with what we have available. The problem is, we need lots of custom plugins just to get the prison started.

I have been running this server for almost four years now, and I still have yet to make donations from it. If any one would be so kind as to help out, we would gladly decide on a price and pay when the funds become available.

I would prefer not to give away any of the plugin ideas for the purposes of confidentially, but anyone that wishes to be accepted to our Dev team will be briefed promptly.

Price would be settled on per plugin. l with a specific dead line in which we would need it done by.

We may require developers to sign a contract to protect server confidentiality. You would also be able to take on other jobs until we are able to pay per plugin.

Pay would be given when the funds are made available. Any work you do before I am able to pay you will be compensated with additional pay.

What I would like in a Developer:
  • At least 8-12 months Java development experience. (More would increase chances).
  • At least 6 months of experience using MySQL.
  • At least 6 months of experience with the Bukkit/Spigot API.
  • 15-30 hours of free time for developing weekly. (Clocked).
  • Experience working with the BungeeCord API. (Optional as of now).
  • Be able to work with others as Dev team grows. (Specifically other developers).
  • Be able to work within set deadlines & manage your time.
  • Be able to help with configuration off the clock. (Optional but would be appreciated).
Contact me on Skype or Discord at DarkCrimsonFury (DarkCrimsonFury#4977) or here in PM.

I apologize for the inconvenience, but I will happily pay when we begin to make money, and I hope some flexible developers are able to work with accumulative pay until it is available.

Thank you, and I hope to see your work in our network!

Good luck with this, I don't think there are very many developers that will start creating plugins for free. You have been up 4 years and don't make donations, good luck with the "charity" thing.

Thank you! And yes, there are plenty of developers who would be willing to code for good pay even if the pay isn't yet ready. All in all, the server will be released fairly soon and I've never actually gotten to a stage in which I could release.

Few tweaks here and there and hopefully we will start getting some donations, enough to pay for some plugins.

Regarding the charity thing, it has been a long term goal of mine to create a server that enables me to make some money, and donate some as well.
