• Working headset/mic
• Knowledge of PHP
• Knowledge of JS
• Knowledge of website security and development
• Able to use public API such as riot games API and other large API.
• Familiar with mass payments via paypal.
• Able to create a custom dashboard/application using mysql and other data logging services.
• Advanced knowledge in web security including DNS and server hosting.
• English is primary language.
• Have paypal.
• Commit to at-least one month of work.
• Work 20 hour weeks.

Definitely. While most great devs on here are in college now, at least from what I've heard talking to them, it might be tough getting someone for this, however I would definitely recommend 1amDev , Wvisoecj <-- two of the best here, and the only two I know that could meet these requirements.
