~Hiring Qualified Co-Owner for an 8 Server Network~

I'm going to try to keep this short. I'm looking for a highly skilled individual to join my upcoming network. I've already invested a lot of money in this project, and will be investing more to ensure its success. I've hired mrblockbyblock to build our hub, have a custom website in development, have some talented builders on board, and have some marketers who can help bring youtubers to the network. I'm looking for a developer/configurator who knows what they're doing, has proven to setup servers that people find enjoyable, and has time to dedicate to this project. This person must have a great deal of experience, and you will prove your skill against the main developer in my network who is very skilled and used to co-own a large network. If you're interested in this position, please list the following:

- Age

- How well do you get along with others

- Experience/Summary of Skills

- How many hours a week can you dedicate to this project

- What else can you bring to the table ( e.g. Do you know other talented individuals who can help? Can you help the network in any other ways other than dev work? etc.)

I mentioned in my original post that I will discuss money with qualified individuals. I'm not going to say what I will pay someone, as it depends on what each applicant can bring to the table. Co-Owners share in the overall profit of the network as well. I've invested a good amount of money into this project, and I want more high quality people involved in this project, and the person chosen for this position will be getting paid.
