[Hiring] remove /back and /home in enemy claims (factions)

Plugin Needed: I am in need of a plugin that will make it so players cannot do /back or /home if the destination is claimed by another faction that they're not in. This is to stop tp glitching and therefore making bases reusable.

Plugins it needs to work with: FactionsUUID, Essentials.

Budget: $10-$20 (could be more depending on how much work it will be)

this is preventing them to do /back INTO claimed land, not /back while inside of claimed land. You cannot do this in the config unless I am mistaken.
