Fluent - The Freelancer Finder
Fluent is a system that helps you match with a freelancer to do your project. It improves on the current freelancer service team approach by providing extra secrecy (you decide who you want to see your projects), guaranteed refunds if the commission is not completed and full transparency. Not only that, but you can use our marketplace to buy pre-made builds made by our freelancers.

Requirements
- Decent IT knowledge and the ability to advertise technical products to less tech-able people. While we don't expect you to know everything related to a domain, you need to know what you're talking about.
- Ability to interact with our freelancers and negotiate pricing with them based on the client's requirements.
- Go-getter attitude.
- Good English speaking skills.
- Discord account ownership
Your Responsibilities
- Finding potential clients for Fluent, clearing up their questions and persuading them to use the platform.
- Giving price appraisals for client's projects based on their requirements and limitations.
- Contacting people in relation to projects they are looking to get completed and suggesting the use of the platform to them.
Payment
The payment will be percentage based and will represent 10% of the transaction done. For example, if you bring in a transaction worth 200 EUR, you will earn 20
EUR. If you are found to have exceptional skills at finding clients, the percentage can grow to 20%.
