Hiring Server Dev

We are currently hiring a developer for our Minecraft server; it will be a Factions server due to that we would preferably like to hire a developer that has experience in playing the Factions gamemode itself.
The only requirement we ask is that you verbally talk to us about your previous work portfolio/résumé and or emal/PM us a copy of your portfolio/résumé.
We would be happy to conduct an interview with those who are interested!
